Our ATU Drone Cleaning Process
Step 1
System Power-Down and Access
We begin by safely shutting off the electrical power to your Aerobic Treatment Unit to protect the internal motors. We then carefully remove the access lids to inspect the current condition of the clarification chambers.
Step 2
Drone Deployment
Instead of invasive manual scrubbing that can damage delicate diffusers, we deploy our specialized, waterproof cleaning drone directly into the complex aeration and clarification chambers of the unit.
Step 3
Precision Scrubbing and Clearing
Controlled by our technicians on the surface, the drone utilizes high-pressure micro-jets and rotating brushes to gently scrub away the sticky biomat and debris clogging the internal baffles and air diffusers.
Step 4
Air Flow Verification
Once the chambers are meticulously cleaned, we restore power to the system and verify that the air compressor is generating an optimal, even bubble pattern necessary for healthy aerobic bacteria growth.
Step 5
Compliance Reporting
Because ATUs are strictly regulated in Florida, we document the cleaning process and provide you with a detailed maintenance report to submit to local health authorities, proving your system is fully compliant.
