Our Re-piping Process
Step 1
System Evaluation
We conduct a thorough evaluation of your current water delivery system, checking for systemic corrosion, recurring leak patterns, and drops in water pressure to confirm that a full re-pipe is the most cost-effective solution.
Step 2
Custom Design and Material Selection
We map out the most efficient routing for your new water lines and help you select the best modern materials—such as PEX or high-grade copper—suited for Jacksonville’s specific water chemistry and climate.
Step 3
Property Preparation
We lay down heavy protective coverings to safeguard your floors and furniture. We then make precise, surgical cuts into your drywall to access the old plumbing with minimal disruption to your home’s interior.
Step 4
Installation of New Lines
Our technicians carefully install the new water lines, securing them properly to prevent water hammer (banging pipes) and ensuring all connections are tightly sealed, pressure-tested, and code-compliant.
Step 5
Drywall Repair and Cleanup
Once the new system is fully operational and passes all pressure tests, we seamlessly patch the drywall access points and thoroughly clean our work areas, leaving your home exactly as we found it.
