Our Construction & Finishing Process
Step 1
Blueprint Consultation & Design
We sit down with you and your general contractor to review architectural blueprints, designing an optimal plumbing layout that ensures excellent water pressure, efficient drainage, and logical fixture placement.
Step 2
Underground Underground Rough-In
Before the concrete slab is poured, our crew expertly lays the foundational water supply and waste drainage pipes underground, measuring everything strictly to ensure accurate alignment with your future walls.
Step 3
Top-Out Rough-In
Once the house framing is up, we run all the internal water, waste, and vent lines through the floors and walls. This phase is rigorously tested for pressure and leaks before the drywall is installed over it.
Step 4
Final Fixture Finishing
After the walls are painted and the tile is set, we return for the finishing phase. We carefully install your toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, and showerheads, ensuring everything is perfectly leveled and sealed.
Step 5
System Testing and Handover
We conduct a comprehensive final walk-through, testing every single fixture for correct flow, temperature, and drainage, ensuring your new Jacksonville property is entirely move-in ready.
