Our Pump-out Process
Step 1
Locating and Uncovering
If your tank access lids are buried, our technicians use specialized probing tools and system blueprints to locate the tank precisely and carefully dig down to expose the heavy concrete covers.
Step 2
Safe Lid Removal and Inspection
We safely remove the lids and perform a quick visual inspection of the tank’s liquid level. High liquid levels often indicate a downstream drain field issue that we will alert you to immediately.
Step 3
High-Powered Vacuum Extraction
We deploy our heavy-duty commercial vacuum hoses to extract the thick layers of floating scum and heavy bottom sludge, breaking up stubborn solids to ensure the tank is completely emptied.
Step 4
Internal Component Check
While the tank is empty, we quickly inspect the internal structure, checking the concrete walls for cracks and ensuring the vital inlet and outlet baffles are intact and functioning properly.
Step 5
Secure Closure and Cleanup
We securely replace the heavy access lids, carefully backfill the dirt if the tank was buried, and leave your yard looking neat, providing you with a complete maintenance receipt for your records.
